Works on paper 2002-2015
The large figurative drawings and the large abstract drawings all consist of pastel and conte on handmade paper. The smaller figurative works towards the foot of the page are all worked over ‘rejected’ abstract works on paper from the early nineties. In each of these the original abstract was a watercolor. Acrylic, pastel and ink have been added to stimulate the emergence of recognizable imagery.
